What licences do you hold?

We hold Upper Tier Waste Disposal Licence issued by the Environmental Agency and hold full Public Liability Insurance.

What transport to you use?

We use fully adequate unmarked vans, so we’re always discreet.

What items can you clear or not clear?

We can dispose of virtually any items our customers need clearing.
Certain items i.e: Asbestos, Ammunitions, Acids etc need to be removed by approved specialists

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept payment by cheque, Bacs and cash.

Do I have to be at the property whilst it's being cleared?

Not at all, but it’s up to your preference. It can be very upsetting having to have a loved ones/relatives property cleared. We can pick up property keys from Solicitors/Estate Agents/Neighbours. The choice is yours.

Do you recycle?

Yes we strive to respect our environment and so we donate regularly to local charities, helping them in their endeavours. Also we donate surplus bedding/sheets to local Dogs homes.

Do you work weekends?

Yes, we’re more than happy to clear properties 7 days per week.

What areas do you cover?

We’re always clearing properties in every part of Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, The West Midlands, Warwickshire, Staffordshire etc. You name an area and the likelihood is we’ve cleared a property there.
